The only way to submit the papers is online via the congress’ website. Submissions via e-mails or mails will not be accepted.
The papers to be presented in the congress should be original, contribute to scientific development, appropriate to research ethics. Grammar and style rules should be paid attention in the submitted abstract as they will be published in a proceeding e-book. APA 6.0 formatting and style rules (language, quotation, citations, references etc.) must be followed in all papers. Authors are responsible for all grammar and style mistakes.
For acceptance of the submitted paper, it should not have been published elsewhere or presented in another previous congress, symposium or any scientific event.
Abstract template: The languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Participants can send their papers in Turkish or English. Also the papers can be sent both in Turkish and English as single Word (.doc, .docx) file. Papers sent in two languages will be published in two languages in the abstracts e-book.
Abstracts in Turkish should be between 500 and 750 words except from the abstract title, author(s) information and references.
Abstracts in English should be between 500 and 1000 words except from the abstract title, author(s) information and references.
Both English and Turkish abstracts should include statement of the problem, significance and purpose of research, method (research design, participants, data collection tool, data analysis) findings, and results and references. Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman font in 12 font size (14 for title). In terms of page layout, A4 page size should be used and margins must be 2.5 cm (0.98 inch) on each side. All text must be justified, with single line spacing (0 pt. before and after) and 0 cm. indentation on both sides. While starting a new paragraph, TAB key shouldn’t be used and starting lines shouldn’t be intended.
*Figures, tables, formulas, and pictures should not be included in abstract.
