Notes:
  1. VAT included in registration fees
  2. Registration fee includes; access to all sessions in the congress, congress package (bag, congress programme booklet, notebook, pen, participant ID card), certificate of attendance, lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner. Every participant attending the congress in person must pay the registration fee.
  3. In submissions with more than one author, each author attending the congress in person must pay the registration fee. Authors not attending the congress in person don’t have to pay the registration fee and these authors cannot benefit from content of the registration fee (including the certificate of attendance). (Please, check Note 2!)
  4. Partcipants can attend the congress with more than one submission. However, participants should pay additional fee (40 €) for 3rd and more submissions.
  5. Registration fees can be paid via following SWIFT code and the payment receipt should be sent to igate@inonu.edu.tr
  6. You need to use Skype and add the account of igatecongress@gmail.com to your account list. Please, be online at Skype at your presentation time and prepare microphone and headset in advance. For detailed description Online Presentation click here
