Notes:

1. VAT included in registration fees
2. Registration fee includes congress bag, congress programme, notebook, ballpoint pen, name badge, certificate of attendance, lunch and gala dinner. It is compulsory for each participant to deposit the registration fee.
3. In co-authored studies, each author who will attend the congress in person must pay the registration fee. Authors who cannot attend the congress are not required to pay the registration fee. However, these authors cannot benefit from the content of the participation fee (including the participation certificate) (please check note 2!).
4. Authors can participate in the congress with more than one study. However, authors are required to pay a one-time additional fee of 400₺ for the third and subsequent studies.
5. Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer or EFT to the IBAN number below. After the registration fee is paid, your name, surname and contact details should be sent to igate@inonu.edu.tr via e-mail together with the payment receipt.
6. Online presentations will be held via Google Meet. We kindly request that you have already completed your microphone setups at the time of your presentation. For detailed information click here.

Important Note:

1. Do not forget to write your submission ID if you are a notified participant in your transfer transactions.
2. In the first stage of workshop registrations, you must deposit your appropriate congress participant registration fee and send your receipt to the igate@inonu.edu.tr e-mail address with the name of the workshop you want to attend. Please do not pay the additional registration fee (400₺) for the workshop before you receive a (positive / negative) return from us according to the availability of the workshop within the quota. In the second stage, your registration process will be completed when you send your receipt that you have paid the workshop fee after you receive a positive return.
