IGATE'25, while aiming to share academic studies with high scientific quality, also cares about the development of research culture at an early age. In this context, it is seen that some of our teachers and academicians have applied to our congress with research conducted with primary and high school students. In order for these initiatives, which we find very valuable in terms of raising scientific awareness, to take place in integrity with the general academic structure of our congress, some arrangements were needed.
Papers prepared with primary and secondary school students are accepted only if they are carried out under the supervision of a teacher or academician. These studies will be presented in a separate category under the title of "Young Researchers Session" and evaluation processes will be carried out specific to this category. Thus, while supporting the active participation of students in scientific processes, the academic level of our congress will be maintained. A total of 44 papers will be accepted under the "Young Researchers Session".
During the application process, it should be clearly stated that the paper is a student-participated study by selecting "Young Researchers" in the topics section. In the comments section at the bottom of the submission page, "name and surname - student" and "name and surname - supervisor" must be written in the comments section, indicating the distinction between student and supervisor. In addition, the contribution of the supervisor should be clearly stated in the paper. Papers without an advisor or papers that do not adequately reflect the academic method will be rejected during the preliminary evaluation process.
In this context, "Young Researcher Participation Certificate" will be issued for the papers presented and "Consultancy Certificate" will be issued for the advisors, and the papers presented in these sessions will be kept separate from the academic competition and award system.
Our congress aims to bring together the contributions of participants from different age groups in a balanced structure and to create an inclusive interaction area while maintaining scientific depth. We will continue to carry out every step taken in this direction within the framework of scientific quality and transparency principles.
